  • If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. Exchange is possible in this situation where the customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending back the item.

All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to our customers with a tracking code for them to track it. We do require that the customer should provide us with the correct shipping address and their contact information. If in case an address or any other detail is mistyped at the time of the order, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

The average handling time for each order is 3-5 working days. If the order quantity exceeds two items, excessive shipping charges amounting to 20%, 30%, and 50% will be borne by the company on Express, Standard, and Economy orders, respectively.

    I’ve had this jacket for a few months now and I love it. It fits perfectly and it so comfortable. It’s well made, I was skeptical because I haven’t had luck with leather products but it seems to be really sturdy. If you’re hesitating on buying it – don’t. It’s worth it.
